With more than 20 years of experience in home building and over 5 years of experience as a home inspector, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as I move throughout the house.
It's perfectly fine if you can't make it to the inspection. In fact, I seek to make the process as simple as possible for you if you're out-of-state. You are not required to be at the inspection, and I can easily accept payments and sign the agreement online. You can be all set in just 15-20 minutes.
